Message	of the dynamics that are involved in running our business - namely the fact my helper is not just putting things in boxes around here. Feedback on these forums, whether it be percieved as good or bad (to myself), provides motivation in its own ways. Hiring an extra set of hands that is more capable of doing the fab work (as compared to my wife) to help out around here was done with the intent of expand the potential of AshSPEC to provide more of existing products as well as bring new products to market. My helper isn't doing the work my wife was - I'm doing that part once again and restructuring to my own design how all the paperwork/communication aspect of the business is handled. I'm getting things ironed out though - it just takes a little bit of time to transition over to a new system. I'm sure you can understand if you consider.....
